Prop HHH provides $1.2 billion dollars for critical health services and safe, affordable housing for homeless Angelenos.


The homeless capital of the United States, Los Angeles, with approx. people living in encampments, sidewalks, cars, and tents is being addressed through proposition HHH. Prop. HHH designates $1.2 Billion to build low income and homeless units in the next decade.  It addresses chronic homelessness, through mental health, drug treatment, and housing.  Scope Action and its partners are proud of this victory for the dignity of our homeless community.
